My name is Hanna.

I surprise the cop staking out my motel room when I tap on the driver's window from the darkness. He's none too happy about it. I expect he feels a little foolish, letting me sneak up on him the way I did.

His name is Finn. He is a detective. He orders me to stay away from Daemon Goode, the man who butchered my sister. If I don't, he'll throw me in jail for stalking.

Now I'm the one that's not happy. It'll be hard enough to locate Goode with no information on his whereabouts, and doing the necessary detective work to find him will require freedom of movement. The cops have raided the game, and with them breathing down my neck, executing him will be that much harder.
